Californians Advocating Responsible Rail Design (CARRD) was co-founded by Elizabeth Alexis, Sara Armstrong, Rita Wespi and Nadia Naik. We are volunteers who want to help keep the public informed on this transportation mega-project.

As volunteers, we are NOT funded by anyone and we DO NOT accept donations.
