CARRD received these Program Management Team (PMT) reports from the California High Speed Rail Authority by making a series of Public Records Request. They are compiled monthly by Parsons Brinkerhoff, who is the Program Manager for the California High Speed Rail Authority.

We continue to request updates and post whatever the High Speed Rail Authority sends us as we receive it, while reminding the HSRA to post these on their own website monthly.

A warning about the file sizes: some of these files came to us as large as 24MB. We did our best to OCR them (make them searchable) and to reduce the file size while maintaining acceptable quality. Some files are still quite large – up to 5MB.
